Bust a Move for Breast Health

On Saturday 18 June it's time to get your sparkle on in support of women with breast cancer. You'll have your own personal dancefloor. With funky tunes. Smooth moves. A place where you and your girls will spend the day moving, grooving, high-fiving and laughing. (And there might even be glitter. LOTS of glitter!) The day is broken down into six 45-minute fitness sessions which are taught like your favourite classes a the gym. Professionally trained fitness instructors will demonstrate options for all fitness levels, from beginners to experienced gym-goers. So don't worry if you're not a regular gym bunny or hardcore bootcamp babe—just come as you are and bust out your best moves! In the lead up to the event, you'll raise a minimum of $500 to help provide tangible and timely support services to women with breast cancer. Services like house cleaning, counselling and mastectomy bras—things that can change the world of a woman who has just undergone breast surgery So whether you're a pink-patterned active wearer or a tutu donning diva, busy office worker or busy mum, we need you! Royal Queensland Show (Ekka)
